A Status Certificate is a Legal Document provided by A Condominium Corporation which provides various disclaimers required by the Condominium Act. Condo Insights utilizes the Data & Information provided within the Status Certificate to provide a Technical, Comparative, Unit Specific, Easy to Understand Score on the Health of the Condominium Corporation. This Score will provide important insights such as: - Estimated Fee increases within the next 2 years - Corporation Compliance - Financial Health - Comparative Data Against thousands of other Condominiums.

After reaching out to our sales team; We will reach out to you with the next steps including ordering instructions, payment instructions, and delivery timelines. We will also provide you with an email template for your client to send to their Property Manager. You will have direct contact with your sales agent/ account manager.
